Based in Milan, French designer Philippe Nigro (born 1975) likes to experiment with new things. He studied applied arts at Design Industriel à La Martinière in Lyon and DSAA Design Produit & Pobilier at École Boulle.
Philippe Nigro challenges materials, production methods and shapes to explore fresh and innovative ways of living. He collaborates with Michele de Lucchi and also does private projects. Nigro believes that designers need to keep answering peoples’ needs. His projects have spanned products, furniture, lighting, interior architecture, events and scenography.
