The international design community came together for Milan Design Week 2023. Among the multitude of design aficionados, DOMO Director Jane Novembre and General Manager/Buyer Elise Phillips were on the ground taking in the sights, highlights and trends.
This year, there were more visitors than ever at Milan Design Week. However, the exhibition hall was laid out differently so it was only on one level. “This meant the exhibition booths were smaller. But, the world’s largest annual design and furniture fair certainly didn’t disappoint. With so many design-forward brands, innovative materials, textures, colours and shapes on display, it was an exciting and educative week,” explains Phillips.
Our team uncovered the key colour and shape trends for 2023. Here are the mood-boards from Milan Design Week and how to shop the trends now.
