The Alando Desk, designed by Eric Jourdan for Ligne Roset combines the natural feel of walnut wood with an industrial-style frame in black lacquered steel. This unique writing desk is sure to become the focal point of your home office space. The streamlined frame takes a compact footprint, perfect for situations where space is at a premium. Meanwhile, the desktop provides ample working space, with two integrated drawers and a shelf for storing all the essential documents and office equipment.
Tubular frame in satin-finish bleu sombre (dark blue) powder lacquered steel. Work surface (W 130 cm x D 60 cm) finished in dark walnut veneer. The height of the work surfaces is approx. 75 cm. Storage space comprising a dark walnut veneered surface topped with a bleu nuit lacquered MDF chest with 2 drawers (internal dimensions 37.5 x H 5 cm) mounted on smooth close runners and equipped with bleu nuit zamak handles. The storage space is complemented with one side niche to the left (W30 x D60 x H8 cm) and another to the right (W10 x D60 x H8 cm).

French designer Eric Jourdan (born 1961) is a prolific modernist designer. He graduated from Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Saint Etienne and the L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. He won a Red Dot Award in 2004.
