Design Sebastian Herkner

The bent table series transports the ephemeral qualities of glass into the humble table.  Transparency, texture and a simple form are combined to provide a visually light but incredibly sturdy base. Designer Sebastian Herkner has adapted the simple cast glass forms of his bent lighting series into a set of striking tables. The same fluted and curved glass forms have been transported to produce solid structures that react and play with light and their environment.
The result is a series of tables that command a closer look.
