The textured Anaconda Noir Large Cushion by House of Hackney showcases intertwining serpents and premium British velvet.
Evocative of the Garden of Eden, the anaconda motif writhes with snakes (the House’s symbol of rebirth and renewal) intertwined amongst exotic flowers. Crafted in England, this piped cushion is made from tactile cut-velvet, an elevated technique based on traditional damask fabrics.
As with all House of Hackney cushions, the Anaconda Noir Large Cushion is filled with 100% British wool, plumped up to just the right volume. As well as being anti-allergy and resistant to dust mites, wool is considered to be the most eco-friendly filling currently available.
Each cushion sold enables House of Hackney to purchase and protect 35 square metres of forest, thanks to their partnership with the World Land Trust the international conservation charity that safeguards our most vital natural ecosystems and threatened habitats, acre by acre.
