The wooden bases of the Vik chair and carver chair achieve a successful balance between graceful looks and firm stability. Its very pure design enables it to fit into all types of interior. Very light (6.5 kg) and therefore easy to move around – perhaps thanks to the optional handle on the back – and, for everyday practicality, its cover is fully removable.  When viewed from the rear, the back is mounted delicately on the cradle formed by the summit of the two back legs: this successful detail contributes to the elegance of the Vik chair. With its crossing undulating natural lines, hyperbolic geometry and neo-gothic architectural construction, the Vik chair is reminiscent of the works of Gaudi.
