The renovation of Malvern Residence, Melbourne, gives a heritage home a rock’n’roll edge with elegant interiors and edgy furniture.
With construction by Kube Construction, the interiors of the sunny home are chic, refined and fit for a modern day family with panache.
For Malvern Residence, Karin Bochnik selected furniture by DOMO and various brands for each room. The pinnacle of the home being the bay windows in the sitting room styled with red Pai Pat settee by Ligne Roset. The room has a distict personality with a rock’n’roll vibe from the modern art and decor. The Cinetique floor lamp by Ligne Roset emphasises the height of the room. The cream fluffy armchair adds texture.
Stepping into the study, this elegant home office boasts ample built in storage with desk space for two to WFM. The open plan living kitchen at Malvern Residence makes the most of its bright positioning. With minimalist marble counter tops, timber accent stairwell and a textured grey Togo small settee by Ligne Roset for seating comfort, the space is most welcoming.
