St Leonards Square by Mirvac is a new luxury apartment block located in the heart of Sydney’s lower North Shore. With a magnificent outlook towards the harbour and city, and select furnishings by DOMO, the view is as stunning inside as it is out.

The one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouse see the revival of luxurious living with a focus on timeless quality and finely crafted joinery. And although the materials and furnishings have been driven by international trends, there is still a great deal of Australian influence, with pieces from the exciting Grange X Greg Natale capsule collection making a designer statement throughout. “We gave the apartments a very luxe feel, simple but sophisticated, allowing the quality of the finishes to speak for themselves,” says interior designer Svetlana Balalovska.

Grange X Greg Natale fuses the Australian designer’s signature style with the French manufacturer’s traditional craftsmanship. Indeed by giving the classic brand a contemporary interpretation, Natale has reinvented it for a young, contemporary Australian audience as well as for dedicated Grange devotees.

Known for his use of vibrant colour and bold pattern, the Grange X Greg Natale collection features a refined and dramatic palette of black, white and peacock blues. In the dining room, the solid cherry wood Haussman dining table is surrounded by cane dining chairs with a rich-blue upholstered seat. To the side, the Haussman sideboard with polished hardware and the thick-framed Directoire mirror make a sophisticated statement against Natale’s Hellencia wallpaper for Porters Paints.

The living room is equally indulgent with Sika’s Charlottenberg rattan armchairs, which, designed in 1936, have the plump and luxurious forms of the Art Deco era. Bernhardt Interiors’ polished stainless steel and glass Imperial Cocktail coffee table brings a lighter touch to the room, while picking up on the silver tones in the wallpaper, rug and lamp. Greg Natale cushions add graphic and abstract pattern to the sofa while keeping the two-tone palette.

The bedroom is a harmonious kaleidoscope of geometric patterns and is similarly decked out with Grange X Greg Natale, including the Jacob bed and bedside cabinet with the Louis Philippe bench at the foot of the bed.

The interiors of St Leonards Square by Mirvac is taking sophisticated design to a new level. You can find these pieces, plus more, from the Grange X Greg Natale collection on display in DOMO’s seven showrooms across New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria.
