Franca Helg + Franco Albini

Franca Helg (1920-1989) was a renowned Italian designer and architect, with her talent also spanning industrial and furniture design. Works include the La Rinascente store in Rome and the Museum of the Hermits in Padova.

Franco Albini (1905-1977) was an Italian architect and designer, known for his ability to merge modern minimalistic furniture design with traditional Italian craftsmanship. He obtained three Compasso D’Oro awards.

Helg and Albini became business partners and often collaborated together from 1951. Together they designed many creations with the new forms of modernism.
