Description

The Omuro Ocassional Tables are named after the oriental volcano, Mont Omuro. Reverberations, luminescence, transparencies, opacities; so many nuances which enliven the simple, geometric lines of the Omuro table. The two occasional tables may be used together in a nesting formation, or separately. The upper glass top, in 8 mm thick toughened glass, is ridged with fine strips on the underside creating a ribbed glass effect. The removable ‘tray’, is available in either brique or noir lacquer with a slanted edge. It can be lifted from its circular resting place to serve guests and returned there afterwards. The veneered lower surface is in black-stained oak. The metal structure is always black, with round aluminium glass support tips glued beneath the glass and held in the round legs with transversal screws.
