With natural stone, timber and light, Fellows Road Townhouse Point Lonsdale is a seaside hideaway by 1991 Projects with styling by Vasi Design.
Known for its outdoors lifestyle, this Bellerine Peninsula home is nestled close to the beach and vineyards. Its bright, airy design ensures this architectural townhouse is a pleasure to come home to.
The generous rooms feature a chic minimalist aesthetic with stone, timber and brass finishes. The white tiled and fluted kitchen provides a soothing backdrop for the nearby dining zone. An HC28 Erika dining table in natural oak with matching Erika dining armchairs by designer René Chyba add a peaceful spot to eat and entertain.
The living room, with expansive glass sliding doors, projects crisp light into a large liveable space. Scattered with designer furniture icons it features a show-stopping de Sede DS-600 snake sofa with an authentic Ligne Roset Togo fireside chair in limited edition Atom fabric.
The colourful bedroom is cosy with texture galore. The bright art by an unknown artist looks dashing against the Ligne Roset Ruché bed by French designer Inga Sempé. Low maintenance, but high on easy-breezy design power, Fellows Road Townhouse Point Lonsdale fosters an relaxed living environment.
