At this serene Sorrento House, every day feels like a holiday. Located on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, the residence is designed by Abbey Paynter and built by Gal Construction Group. The home taps into the feeling of relaxing with family, sunlit days, cosy nights and projects an easy-going vibe.
The home welcomes you with a stunning vertical timber fence, white horizontal slats and a green manicured lawn. Inside, the natural aesthetic of the home features American oak, cream tones and layered texture to create an easy-like-Sunday morning vibe. Sun drenches the living area, while the grey limestone bathrooms feel cool and calm.
One feels immediately earthed and balanced with the fresh sleek styling of Sorrento House. Accents of green, timber and cane decor are scattered throughout. In particular, the rattan Teddy Lounge Chair from Sika Design, the Togo sofa and the Stump Occasional Table by Ligne Roset create a comfortable, easy-going ambience in the living room.
In the bedroom, the Asola Floor Lamp by Ligne Roset adds quiet luxury beside the bed. While the Bol Sofa by HC28 injects curves and warm bouclé beside the fireplace hearth.
This Sorrento House captures the very essence of the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, relaxed, elegant and holidays – even if you live there full time!
