Since 1955, the prestigious Red Dot award celebrates international design excellence. As one of the most sought-after markers of good design, it celebrates design and innovation. The award is announced in Essen, Germany every year.

For furniture, lighting and décor, the Red Dot ‘product design category’ acknowledges the best designs for that year. In fact, there are over 51 categories to choose from within this category.
