White glove furniture delivery & installation
DOMO provides white glove shipping and installation for all furniture orders to ensure the utmost care and attention. A DOMO consultant will contact you to quote and organise delivery.
The white glove base delivery fee is $350. DOMO will pre-quote the delivery charge based on these factors:
- Size and weight of furniture item/s.
- Number of people required for the delivery (based size and weight).
- Accessibility via stairs or lift.
- Are there multiple items on the order.
- Installation and assembly of beds, shelves, sideboards, plus some sectional sofas, dining chairs and tables as required.
- Delivery to locations outside metro areas.
What to expect with DOMO white glove delivery:
- Premium handling and care: Skilled professionals carefully deliver and instal items placing them in the desired location.
- Assembly and installation: Up to one (1) hour of furniture assembly and installation.
- Debris removal: Packaging materials, boxes, wrappings are disposed of leaving your space clean.
- Scheduled and on-time delivery: Appointments are set for a specific time window preventing long wait times or missed deliveries.
- Room placement: Skilled professionals place items in the room according to your preference.
- Damage prevention and inspection: Items are inspected upon arrival to ensure their condition, and any damage will be addressed immediately.
- Enjoyable customer experience: A stress-free, hands-off delivery experience with a professional touch from start to finish.
Prior to delivery, please kindly ensure the following:
- Areas are clear of all existing furniture.
- If in an apartment, ensure the lift is booked with concierge and ready to be used.
- Notify of any height restrictions when accessing car parks.
- Please note that if difficult or unforeseen access issues occur, additional fees may apply, or items may be returned to the warehouse.
Tracking your order
Your DOMO representative will update you on your order. You may contact your consultant for further updates at any time.
Lost or damaged goods
Upon receipt of goods from DOMO, please inspect your purchase carefully and notify us of any faults or damage within 7 days. Read our Damaged and Faulty Good Policy here.
Should any items become lost in transit, please notify DOMO immediately.
Lead times – stocked items
Stocked items dispatch from our warehouse usually within 7 days of order.
Lead times – non-stocked, pre-order and customised items
Shipping and delivery lead times are based on production, shipping and customs clearance.
A delivery time is booked once items arrive at the DOMO warehouse. The aim is to deliver to you within the month. Your DOMO consultant arranges for a white glove delivery time directly with you. Any questions? Please contact your DOMO consultant.
