Distinctive French product and space designer, Ferréol Babin, works for companies and art galleries producing sensual, almost archaic, design pieces. What all his functional or artistic objects have in common – whether furniture, luminaires or accessories – is his artisanal search for new forms. Similar to a sculptor, he shapes objects with his hands, often with a focus on experiment, experience and surprise.
