An icon of 20th-century French design, the Vallee Blanche Chaise Lounge was originally created in 1963 by renowned designer Pierre Guariche. It was then reissued by Ligne Roset in faithful homage to the original.
Designed during Guariche’s collaboration on the La Plagne ski resort, this sculptural piece is celebrated for its elegance, innovation, and comfort. As a result, it’s earned a place in the permanent collection of the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
Distinguished by its elongated, seamless silhouette, the Vallee Blanche offers exceptional comfort with its fully upholstered latex foam seat, enveloped in luxurious wool fabric. The chrome-finished base — a striking “spider-like” structure crafted from cut and folded steel sheets — supports the chaise with architectural strength.
This exclusive re-edition honours the original in every detail, from its refined stitched detailing to the use of stretch fabric.
