Description

The curved Apuso Occasional Table by Ligne Roset is crafted from natural travertine. Designed by Dozsa & van Dalfsen, it is characterised by its sculptural and organic shape.

Shaped from a mono-bloc form, each block of travertine is selected, cut by a numerically controlled machine, then sanded by hand. Then, a water-repellent treatment is applied to the surface of the tray. This design piece is handcrafted in France.

Depending on the angle from which the Occasional Table is observed, the contours and shapes offer different perspectives. When arranged with the Rondone Occasional Table, the pairing creates a poetic scene as the larger Rondone nestles in a protective and comforting gesture with the smaller Apuso.
